The Micro Focus X-Ray Tube is designed specifically for applications requiring very small feature recognition. This tube has a small focal spot with 5μm resolution, all in the small footprint of a silicone Potted Tube. The Micro Focus X-Ray Tube is available without silicone potting for easy integration with OEMs and to shield radiation and isolate high voltage.
This tube is made with a Beryllium window, with 45˚ or 60˚ beam angle to suit your needs. The Micro Focus X-Ray Tube has a maximum voltage range of 20kV-100kV with a max power of 12W. We recommend using a 150CFM fan to cool this tube, and this tube is available with a customizable high voltage cable*.
