LIGHTBRIGHT END WINDOW X-RAY TUBE
The Lightbright is an end window X-Ray tube designed for customers that require maximum flux, short FOD, high current at low excitation voltages, and a wide beam angle. The large heat sink coupled with the nickel plated bronze body provides efficient heat transfer enabling high power operation. The integrated Mammoflex® HV cable and LV cables allow for easy connection to a standard HV power supply.
The Aquachill and Windchill actively cooled X-ray sources are perfectly suited for inline X-ray inspection applications, with increased X-ray power enabling increased line speed and throughput. The higher flux output enables image acquisition times to reduce dramatically, allowing for faster and more accurate inspection of a wider range of materials.
SEERAY WATER COOLED X-RAY TUBE
Our SeeRay series is ideally suited for end users wanting higher power requirements but wanting a smaller package both in terms of dimensions and weight. The tube is fully radiation shielded, high voltage isolated and includes a high voltage cable and low voltage cable. The design includes direct anode cooling for fast stabilization time.
MINI FOCUS PACKAGED X-RAY TUBE
Ideally suited for end users wanting a plug and play solution. These tubes are fully radiation shielded, high voltage isolated and include a high voltage cable as well as filament wires. The nickel plated bronze packaging provides radiation isolation as well as excellent thermal properties, enabling continuous operation, without compromise.
SILICONE ENCAPSULATED X-RAY TUBE
For applications requiring less than 15 watts, these tubes incorporate a high voltage cable and filament wires. The silicon encapsulation provides electrostatic isolation, and improves stability. These tubes are a perfect choice for in-situ thickness gauging of thin, non-woven material, such as plastics, papers and metals.
We offer compatible, high voltage power supplies, tuned specifically for our tubes, ensuring true plug and play capability. The power supplies are available with a graphic user interface that can be operated with a standard desk-top or lap-top computer via USB, Ethernet or RS-232.
